01 / The workflow

Give open estimates a clear next step.

An estimate can go quiet while a homeowner weighs options or waits for the right time. We look for gaps in how your team follows up and who owns the reply.

  1. Review what your CRM can do

Check your existing workflows and choose eligible open estimates with your team.

  2. Set up approved follow-up

Use your CRM’s built-in tools where they fit. Agree on the channel, wording and stop rules before activation.

  3. Route replies and report outcomes

Stop automatic follow-up on replies and hand conversations to a named owner. Report activity, replies and outcomes separately.

02 / The paid pilot

Test one workflow in 21 days.

We confirm fit, access and scope before payment. During the pilot we set up the follow-up, test reply routing and share an outcome report for your review.

The scope covers one location, one estimate source, one approved channel and up to 50 eligible estimates. Custom development and additional workflows are outside the pilot scope.

03 / Fit & example

Could this work for your team?

The pilot is designed for residential roofing and HVAC contractors with a regular flow of replacement estimates, open records that still warrant follow-up, CRM access and someone who can own replies.

If you’re unsure about volume, we can look at your process together during the review.

04 / Common questions

Before you get started.

Doesn’t our CRM already do this?

It might. We start with the tools and workflows you already have. If your team has reliable follow-up and reply ownership, there may be little to change.

Will you replace our tools?

We work inside your existing CRM and use its built-in features wherever they fit. Any work that needs custom development gets scoped separately.

Do you guarantee sales?

Sales depend on homeowner decisions and your team’s follow-through. The pilot reports what happened, including replies and any known outcomes. A sale after follow-up is an observed outcome.

What happens after 21 days?

We review the workflow and results with you. If you choose full setup, the $1,000 pilot payment applies to the $3,500 total, leaving $2,500.

Why a monthly fee?

Optional management covers agreed ongoing work such as monitoring and adjustments. We discuss the scope and fee after reviewing what your team needs.
